Guarantee
Hiki offers you a 2 years guarantee on all products.
Excludes defects or deterioration of the condition of the goods caused by dedication abnormal operation or grossly negligent behaviour (fracture of rods that are not used properly , for example : Exceeding the recommended litter weight , fracture due to gross misconduct, the target fish species - over voltage, etc.).
Please give us any warranty claims immediately after the occurrence of the problem known. The use of the guarantee shall be made within 14 days after the occurrence of the defect. The legal warranty is not affected by this guarantee.
Warranty
It is important for us that, if any ordered goods are not in good conditions, the claim is done within 8 days after receiving the goods. In case of hidden defects inform us directly after the recognition of the defect, but no later than 6 months following the delivery. In due time, justified complaint we will supply the best choice for free replacement or repair the damage. For this purpose, we ask for a reasonable period to undergo repair the damage.
The Fish Hunter boats need to be checked immediately during takeover because later complaints are not possible.
